Disappointed

I have spent over 60 nights here over the last few years. At first I thought everything was great in the past. This time was a bit different. The bed and air conditioning were fine however There were a few problems. Mold in the shower, no television available due to a missing cable box, and the noise from the Resturant in the courtyard kept me till close to midnight then the music being plated in the courtyard at 8am woke me up long before my alarm clock that was set for 9:30in the morning. For the price I paid maybe I should not complain to much except that I just returned from a 33 hour flight with layovers and I was beat and wanted some rest. In the past there was always soap and shampoo in the bathroom this time nothing. I will give it another try. Yet I noticed that since they opened up Hotel Milano and the Resturant things have gone downhill for Odessa Executive Suites.

Safest part of city

Right in the heart of the safest part of the city. You can go out any time until midnight with no danger. Security and police around the main area. Breakfast excellent and the on site restaurant has quality seafood meals. Would recommend to everyone.

It used to be very good place to stay!

The reservation was not seen on the hotels system, there was no hot water in the room! They changed the room and there was no phone on the room. I had to go down four floors to reach the reseption!

Best location. Large, comfortable apartment.

Location! At the very hart of the city. All points of interest near by. Apartment is nice and specious, clean and comfortable. Note that there is no elevator. You would have to walk to the floor of your room location. In our case 4th floor. Maybe issue for some people.

Great Location & Staff.

5 Star service from reception, maintenance and housekeeping staff. Any problem was resolved very quickly even if it was 2am. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay at OES again if visiting Odessa.

otelin konumu odessanın tam merkezinde. şehirin ambiyansı ile iç içe. yeme içme ve tarihi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. fakt odalar aşırı pis. oda servisi yok. 4 gün kaldım odalar temizlenmedi. tuvlet ve banyodan inanılmaz rahatsız edici koku geliyor. böcekler çok fazla. banyo malzemeleri eski ve yetersiz. odaya ödenen paranın karşılığı bu değil. konumu haricinde herşey berbat, rezalet ve çok kötü. bir daha asla konaklamam....

Fantastic Odessa

Otroligt bra läge mitt i city.Det går också enkelt att promenera ned till havet,3-4km till fina sandstränder.Ta taxi dit.,kostar ca 100UAH. Enda missen var att det inte var bäddsoffa och att internet slutade att fungera vissa kvällar.Det berodde på enligt personalen på att internet slutade fungera hos operatören ibland. Promenadavtsånd till Odessas världskända trappor.Sök Odessa steps på youtube så kommer avsnitt upp från sv/vita filmen slagskeppet Potemkin från 1920-talet.

I've stayed at OES many times over the past several years, and I must comment what I nice job they have done with the expansion and renovations. The courtyard is really like a little slice of Italy now, done very well with live entertainment on weekends. The new restaurant is excellent and a huge improvement over previous cafe. Location is second to none, and if you can catch a holiday vacation where construction noise is at a minimum, and hot water and electricity are not an "Odessa problem", really a very comfortable place to stay at reasonable rates.

My experience

On my first night of my stay the TV had no sound. It was not fixed until late afternoon on Sunday. On the day of my return again the TV sound went off. I have stayed at these apartments before and I was happy, however recent developments on the site have changed my mind. They have built a restaurant on one side of the square and it is open until 12:00 with loud music. In the bathroom the shower room went from hot to cold at a whim leaving you either in shock as the cold hit you or burning when the very hot water hit you. Very dangerous for either the old or the young. There was two thick duvets on the bed plus a thick under sheet perfect for the winter. It took two days before they gave me a double sheet as I had asked for on the first night. The internet went off regularly with the only solution was to use the two from the hotel. There was a power cut on my first day, but it was not fault of hotel.

Nice hotel and great location

I've stayed here both visits to Odessa. Very nice hotel with easy access to food, entertainment, and night life. They have a newly renovated courtyard to relax which is great for the afternoon. The staff has been very pleasant both visits and I will definitely stay again the next time I return to Odessa.

Construction ongoing. Hotel Milano is the same place, new part of building. Hotel Milano has normal hotel rooms, OES is all apartment style rooms.

Dette var mitt tredje opphold på dette hotelet!Ble tatt godt i mot av nattevakta ved ankomst midnatt og vist til rommet som hadde 2 aircondition anlegg. Jeg visste fra i fjor at det pågikk byggearbeide i område og det tar tid i Ukraina.Dette var ikke mye merkbart når jeg var inne på rommet.Hotellet ligger i hovedgata med masse folk og et yrende liv på kveldene,masse restauranter og barer i umiddelbar nærhet.Det finnes også et kjøpesenter i gaten hvor man får kjøpt mat og alt man trenger.Kort vei til operahuset og andre severdigheter.
