Odalar çok sıradan, kahvaltı rezalet resmen aç kaldık yiyecek bir şey bulamadık fakat bunların karşısında istenilen para hiç de azımsanacak seviyede değildi. eskişehirde bir gece falan yatıp gezecekseniz tamam ama sakın termal ismine güvenerek gelmeyin, kahvaltıyı da otelde yapıp vakit kaybetmeyin."

"Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
