「2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. 「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was great, they were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, but small with very little space to put your clothes. 」

「I liked that the hotel was very convenient to most amenities eg shopping and tourist attractions, and the nrealfast options were fantastic. What I didn't like was that I noticed several scuff marks on the walls in our room, and I have no idea if I received my deposit back, because I can't find any evidence on my bank statement.」
