“The staff was very kind at both the front desk and the dinning. Unfortunatly it seems as if the cleaning staff is not very attentive of the rooms. Floors by the beds seemed to have dirt in the crease. Aswell as i found an unponed cooler and lighter on my farthers floor. Theres no underneath to the beds so its not like it could roll under and be forgotten about. My farther does not drink alcohol or smoke anything. The pool area looked a little run down and dingy. “The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall.”

“Easy check-in, fast response time for communicating with the host and many amenities including TV and couch in cozy living room, pots and pans, a microwave, a stove and oven in the kitchen, dining room with table and chairs. The only thing was that the bathroom shower head was low because of the low hanging ceiling. Thanks for hosting us!”
