bad service, not recommend

all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night

The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.

the place was clean and tidy, quite. the design was amazing, kitchen all waking and nice set of dishes. very quite area where to stay. the downside was that I was given wrong room, in description I was written balcony, but I didn't have it. and the toiled lid was broken. coffee machine in communal ...
