"Hotel is budget friendly. Staff work hard & breakfast had a good variety. Hot tub not working, pool is good size and warmish. Suggest keeping the fan running on low all night. I was in a room facing the gas station and could hear outside noise from it, the highway & the train."

"The staff is always nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect for our family. The Cookhouse is an easy place to eat. The food is great and only about 100 feet from the furthest cabin door. Love the sitting areas and the trail around the property. Close enough to Park Rapids if you need major stores! ..."

"There is no bathroom anymore, be prepared to #1 outside in the woods. The property was very dirty, bugs, & dust everywhere. The price of the property was not worth it especially with those conditions. The check-in was easy and the view of the lake was beautiful.*Overall I give it 4/10*"
