The apartment, with independent entrance, is on the second floor of the building located in the north of the park. Lovely and simply furnished but well kept in the details, it is immersed in the green of the large park, very quiet area, from the two romantic balconies you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake.
You can make beautiful walks in the beautiful park of 60.000 sqm all fenced and exclusive, planted with rare and exotic plants, typical flowers of Lake Maggiore and fragrant essences.
