“The Staff was always kind kept my room clean ”

“The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. The food is GREAT and I usually do not eat from the restaurants at Nigerian hotels, but I was ordering like……

“Staff was ok, food menu was very limited, windows were left wide open, there was music blasting until 4 am and not allowing us to sleep. We mentioned something about it and nothing was done to address it.”

“I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back.”
