Room was very nice. Kitchen was spacious and you have everything you need. I was able to use the washing machine and there were racks that you can bring to your room for clothes to dry. Check in is all automated and so you will not be meeting any of the staff in person.

the receptionist when we first arrive to check in was unfriendly which gave us bad impression to the city and felt unwelcomed...
but the another one from the morning afterwards is very friendly and helpful!

Lovely old building, relaxed reception, friendly staff. Could do without all the heads of regal animals all over the walls of bar area where breakfast was served one day.

It shown as five star hotel however facility ie swimming pool isn’t, so small. Location is convenient nearby old town. Lobby looks classy. Room is clean, bed is ok but we don’t like the setting of the bathroom with basin outside and toilet bowl in another enclosed room. Suggest to have a selection of packed breakfast.

Everything is perfect, room is clean and new. The location is right at the center of the old town, near to pubs, restaurants convenient store and McDonald. Breaksfast is nice and friendly served. Walkable to the attractions nearby, no need to take transport even if travel the national library.
