「Clean room and decent breakfast」

「Great place to stay, super clean, spacious. Friendly staff. But i was shivering all night. No comforter. Had to turn off the AC. I will look go back because it’s very clean, secure and safe. But will request for comforter next time.」

「Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. 」

「I made the reservation online same day, but I didn’t get there until midnight, first the security personnel was rude and nonchalant. I was at the door and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The room was so unkept. The AC was so loud that I had to switch it off. I do not recommend.」

「The staff were fabulous, customer service is a priority here. Room was nicely decorated. Seat by the window is a lovely idea. Toilet was clean, although yellowing. Bed was comfy. Outside space overlooking the lagoon was my favourite. I could stay there all day. Breakfast menu offered a really good selection. They even had gluten free options. Tons of pastries, cut fruit options were mainly pineapple, watermelon, orange and papaya. The orange was hard, and I did see mango once. Would be good to...
