Great accommodations!

Hard to beat the location of this property. Smack dab in the middle of downtown Ogunquit and a short walk to the beach. One of the best equipped houses we have ever rented with a wonderful front porch and a lovely (small) yard/sitting area complete with a grill and well appointed landscaping. A/C worked great and the house was spotless.Only (minor) word of caution I would give is the somewhat limited parking in that there are only two spots available if the cottage in back is being rented. May not be an issue for most renters but we had two cars and family in the area that were also visiting. Management company worked with us on that and it worked out well - just worth mentioning.Overall I would highly recommend this property.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay!! Starting before we even arrived and throughout our stay, communication was excellent. Fran was very quick getting back to me with any question I had and once we arrived they supplied a guest manual that was very thorough and answered any of the questions we had such as how to work the “fancy” stove and the air conditioning units that could be set individually in each room. Such a great house, located in the heart of Ogunquit! We parked the car and never drove it again! They’ve done a great job landscaping and maintaining the property. We loved sitting on the front porch with a cup of tea in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, watching and actually listening to the ocean!! (I’m going to miss that porch the most!!) Very clean and modernized with plenty of room for everyone both inside and out! Towels were plush, beds were comfortable, appliances were new and they supplied us with everything we needed to cook meals, including nonstick cookware, spices and plenty of dishes and glassware!! (Not that you need to cook as there are so many excellent restaurants within walking distance!) Note, there is a Hannaford in Wells and we had grocery’s delivered to our door the first day. You can tell they put a lot of thought and love into this property and it felt like home!
