We had a wonderful stay at Stage Run by the Sea! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was a great bonus, especially after a day at the beach. The location couldn't have been better—just minutes from the beach and surrounded by plenty of great local restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This hotel is close to a Ogunquit town. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. There’s a parking spot for each unit. I would stay here again. The price is right.

The staff was exceptional and promptly called to let me know I had left an expensive belonging behind. The room was clean enough, but there were visible stains on the bedding and lampshades. I would highly recommend asking for a second floor room, as our upstairs neighbors were up all hours of the night, therefore we were as well. In all, it was a safe inexpensive place to stay in a very expensive town.

The only thing clean were the sheets I think. I slept on top of the bed. The air conditioning ran all night long, no matter what temperature you put it at the staff was unseen. The only thing that was great was the location. (they need to update the entire property.)

Upon arrival the front desk staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Family Apartment. The unit was extremely clean, updated and spacious. We were roughly a half mile from downtown and all the shops which made it extremely nice to be able to walk and not have to take the car. Stage Run By the Sea is definitely a hidden gem.

Do not stay here! It is run down and gross. Cobwebs in the room. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The pool was the best part and even that was run down. Patched pieces of the pool liner with duct tape and sadly it was just gross. The person running the inn was gentle and kind however it clearly wasn’t her fault of how the place looked. It is awful, I implore you to NOT stay here!

Great little motel

Great little motel, I was unsure after seeing some negative reviews but the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool was closed so cannot comment but location was fabulous and we enjoyed dinner at the lobster pound next door
