「Beautiful setting and close to downtown」

「I rely heavily on reviews before booking. I have to think that maybe the rooms are better than the cottages based on reviews I read. We booked a large 2 bedroom cottage, needing to use both pull out couches for kids. We knew that it would be tight, but if you use both at the same time, you have to climb over the mattresses and then contort yourself so that you don’t hurt yourself on the sharp counter. It’s otherwise impossible to get to the bathroom from the front bedroom. The gas stove came on...

「The breakfast was appreciated. Make your own fresh waffle, different egg choices every day, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, etc. Staff was terrific. Loved having a water station in lobby to refill bottles. Room was large. King bed and there was a refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, couch. Large bathroom. Our one complaint. We arrived on Wednesday, left Sunday, and our room was never cleaned. We called down twice for fresh towels. There was a sign in the room that said they would clean every other day....

I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that.
