The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko
The hotel has the best MT Fuji view and is next to some of the activities. The only negative thing was the AC was not working properly.

Suite with bunk beds was great, although room wasn’t super clean. Bathroom sink had layer of grime and visible debris on carpets, couch had a rip in fabric (was difficult to report this to hotel).
