「The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect in every way. Loved the location! We are four "Golden Gals" who vacation once a year together. This was year 18 and out first time in Geneva. We always went to Myrtle Beach but no more. If we remain healthy we hope to go back next year 」

「Great place to spend a weekend! The condo was as pictured. The host was easy to contact. We had no issues getting into the building. We especially loved the balcony views and private beach! It’s a close drive to the strip and many wineries around Geneva. 」

「We had an amazing time - thank you Jim for renting this unit. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. The development was in a perfect location. Loved walking to the lake and watching the eagles flying nearby. Amazing stay. Highly recommend renting this unit! 」

「We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right...

「Very spacious, beautiful view. It felt like we were overlooking the ocean. Very well maintained property. Property manager Deb, went out of her way to identify wineries and hours since it was post Labor Day. She arranged winery transportation which was too drawer. Definitely recommend.Perfect for our girls trip 」

「This was the perfect spot to cool off and lay our sleepy heads after a long day at Cedar Point. The space worked perfect for the 6 of us, ages 10-46 to spread out and relax, thank you. We will be sure to look you up next time we meet up at America’s Roller Coast! 」

「We loved our stay here, it's amongst the more interesting and unique neighborhoods in which we've stayed. The historical markers around the block are informative, and the property itself was perfect for my wife, our dog and I. Very conveniently located with regards to the highway, OTR, and UC, we can’t wait to go back for more Cincinnati fun!」

Lovely furnishings, very clean, comfortable bed, and all the essentials you need for your stay there. Great water view from the lanai. We’d love to come back in the near future.
