“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes……

“We were lucky enough to find this gem of a place very last minute when our original place to stay fell through 4 days before our trip! We were visiting the villages to visit with family. The golf cart was a huge convenience in staying here. We took it almost everywhere! Spanish springs square is so convenient to this home and lake Sumter isn’t far at all either! I downloaded the “villages GPS” app and it even gave me golf cart directions to get to where we needed. The home had everything we……

“The whole process was so easy, the owner was very efficient and kind, the house was very clean, the location was very quiet and peaceful, the house was stocked the best that I have ever seen with absolutely everything you would need for a vacation stay or overnight night stay. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. “We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day……

“This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family stay in the villages. It is closely located to an adult pool and family pool and a short golf cart ride to Sawgrass. The home had everything we needed and comfortable in every way! Having morning coffee on the lanai with the water view was a perfect start to each day! The nearby walking trails were an added bonus! Would stay again without hesitation!”
