"If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! We arrived at the Love Hotel in Murdo and the entire place looked deserted, not a single car in the parking lot, no staff, no lights, absolutely nobody at the front desk. We tried calling, ringing the bell, waiting… nothing. It honestly looked abandoned. Which come to find out, locals from the town said it had been vacant for the last 3 months! Because there was literally NO ONE there to check us in, we ended up having to find another hotel late at night and then, to top it all off, they charged us a late fee for not checking in. We paid for a room we never got to use AND had to pay for a second hotel just so we had somewhere to sleep. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else."
