The location of this hotel is fantastic. All staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with 19th floor view. If the is hotel equip coin laundry machines for guests to use, it would be more than perfect hotel in Okayama.

Beautiful hotel in a central location

The hotel was very beautiful and the level of service from the staff was unparalleled. The location of the hotel is excellent for anyone using the train station. The hotel is very clean. I wojld recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Okayama.

The rooms are very very small- not surprising but you wouldn’t be able to tell that when you book. Bathrooms are tiny. If you are the average American size—you may or may not fit there! :)

館内空調が喫煙室とも繋がっているらしく、夜は禁煙フロアも廊下や部屋がタバコくさい。他の部屋も嗅がせてもらったが同じだった。朝にならほとんどの人がチェックアウトする時間になったらタバコくささは消えたので、間違い無いと思う。タバコの匂いが苦手な人には禁煙ルームであっても泊らないほうがいい。

This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area.
