I stayed in a club room and the staff and facilities were amazing. Such help and attention to detail. The location is very convenient for the local shopping area. The club. Facilities (including breakfast) were excellent with a wide variety of choice at very good quality.
Excellent location to explore Naha city with the market just steps away. Friendly staff and clean, large rooms. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
Great hotel in Naha. Location is amazing; meters from anything you need but also quiet. Staff is efficient and friendly. Rooms are ample, comfortable and very well equipped. Amenities and buffet breakfast are fantastic. In room dining options are limited but you’ll find a variety of eateries just outside the hotel doorstep.
Hyatt Regency Naha, Okinawa was a great stay. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street and Makishi Public Market, with plenty of great dining options and shopping for gifts, including Don Quijote. Parking was convenient, just across the street (Japanese elevator parking system). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast buffet is top notch; I really enjoy the excellent variety of food selections in a delightful ambience. And them modern amenities in the clean room suit all my expectations and are just perfect for my vacation stay.

Great location in kokusai street. And luxurious vibe for tourists. Breakfast was good enough especially japanese style- rice and some side dishes. In the New Year’s Day there was special food-Japanese style called Osechi it was great experience for me. All staffs were kind and eager to help me. Parking was easy. Everything was wonderful for me.

Great breakfast. Staff are always ready to help. No waiting for a staff member.
Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!
This was such a great place to stay at. It exceeded our expectations. We had access to the Regency Club and it was such a treat. Daily breakfast and happy hour with less crowds. The view is amazing. Staff was so helpful and attentive. I’m not sure what they’re rated as. It felt like a 5 star hotel.
Location: Convenient close to main shopping street,
Staff: very vell trained, polite
Restaurant options: visited Sakurazaka- lunch, the bar, the lounge, and Milano grill. Overall not bad at all. Especially, wine recommendation from Milano Grill's sommelier was impressive.
It was my 3rd visit of Naha, and my 1st visit of Hyatt naha. Hope to make my 2nd visit here, definitely.
A few hours after we checked out, my son realized that he might have left his luxurious eyeglasses in the room, fortunately, they were found at the front desk- the housekeeping staff had already turn them in, we are very grateful.
