The suite we stayed in would have been perfect if not for (1) the complete absence of a hair dryer, and (2) the fact that the foldout couch bed was totally busted. We almost couldn't pull it out at all, and when we did, we saw that the frame was mangled and broken, unable to be lain on at all. It was so bad we were not able to return it to its folded position. ALSO, and worst of all, the indoor pool was positively freezing. It was the sort of coldness that cannot be adapted to, no matter how long you are in the water. What's the point of having a pool at all, especially with such a fun built-in play area, if it's completely unswimmable? Very disappointed in that. Food was okay. Also disappointed that there was not some kind of development for walking along the riverfront, since it's right behind the hotel. Instead they left it overgrown. Beds were comfy.

The staff was super nice! The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the really bad smell on my floor. It didn't go into the room but it was unpleasant to have to leave and return.

We had a room with a hideabed in the room and when we tried to open it it was wired so you could not get it open called maintenance and they did not come to fix it so we had to put 3 in the bed and one on the couch the next day I talked to the front desk and they had maintenance look at it when we got back to room they had removed the wire but the bed would not come out right to sleep on it and when We checked out was going to tell the front desk but they were to besey getting their breakfast to wait on the front desk will not stay at this motel again

Good place for Kids
Very clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was really cool, especially for kids, and it was very clean and well taken care of. Only negative was the very uncomfortable bed, which was hard as a rock. My husband and I didn't sleep well at all because of that, but our kids slept fine.

Safe quiet. They usually have only one person on staff& seem shorthanded. But they get me checked in. Can’t use the shuttle to airport for early flights because they don’t start courtesy van till after 6 am.

It was in ok place for my first time stay. We rented 2room at this place. In one of our rooms we stayed the bathroom didn’t work when we first got there so they changed our room. Number 2 room was miss the covers for the bed couch we didn’t ask the front desk for help so we just use our own… but other then that it was an okay you can say
