Pets welcome only in approved homes — max 2 dogs ≤50 lbs, fees & rules apply. Must inform us at booking & get written approval. Fees: 1BR $25/night/pet; 2–3BR $30/night/pet; 4+BR $40/night/pet. ESA are not service animals & follow pet rules. Service animals welcome but must be declared at booking & answer: 1) Is it required for a disability? 2) What work or task is it trained to perform? Pet stays over 5 nights require written approval & higher deposit. Unapproved pets/service animals will result in cancellation without refund.

Dogs only — max 2. must be disclosed when booking. Dogs must be crated if left alone and kept off furniture.

Guest verification via Truvi is required for a smooth check-in and property protection. You’ll choose between a refundable deposit or a damage waiver.
