The studio was hot, we couldn’t cool it down, it controlled by Omar. All the windows would just randomly fall out, completely fall out! One fell out and hit my friend on the head. Omar would not answer our calls, did not come fix the windows! We had to pile furniture up against the windows to keep them shut! Omar finally came over on our last day there only because we were on the phone with Vrbo for hours! Sent pictures and everything. Omar said he’d refund our money and that was two weeks ago and we haven’t seen the 200.00 he promised us! Seeing a lawyer on Monday, going to small claims court! I hope Omar likes driving to Kansas, because that’s were court will be….

Really nice and stylish studio apartment - a lot roomier than expected! Excellent location too! Just a walk to the downtown area (baseball stadium, water taxis, etc.) and a walk to the Criterion concert venue. Very safe neighborhood. Perfect!

To be honest, I was a little apprehensive of this little apartment just because of the price. I shouldn't have been!!! It is the cutest place. Great neighborhood! Food nearby! Plenty of parking! Amazing location super close to downtown! Easy to get to! Comfy bed! I LOVE that they have a big fan in the closet... for us country bumpkins it kept all the "city" noises at bay so we could sleep. Overall experience is an A!!!! We drove in this time for a Cirque de Soleil show. We just have to find another reason to come back now!!!

Great access to Bricktown and events

Had a great time at the Velvet Studio! Host was very helpful and it was stocked just as advertised. Had a little cleaning to do before checkout. There were some pre-existing stains on the cabinet of some kind of beverage that got spilled. Other than that, it was a beautiful space!
