"The lobby was slammed about an hour after check-in opened, but luckily there was a bar in the lobby where we could kill time. Once the line died down we were able to check-in quickly and the staff who checked us in were very nice even after dealing with such a large rush of folks! It's also so close to the OKC arena and it was the perfect place to stay on gameday."

"Don't make reservations or plan to go anywhere on time. Check in was at 4pm and we didn't have a room until 6:45. Missed dinner reservations, and ruined the whole evening."

"This hotel is in such a great location, just a short walk to Paycom Arena and many other attractions in the area! The hotel restaurant is absolutely fantastic, offering delicious food and great drinks. The lobby and sitting areas are very inviting, with plenty of nice spots perfect for taking photos! Our room was spotless and spacious, and we stayed on the third floor facing downtown. There is a club across the street, so it can be lively until closing time, but overall, the room was excellent—no complaints at all. The valet service was quick and efficient, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. We stayed over the weekend while visiting for a Thunder game, and this hotel’s location really made our trip easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again in the future! "

"Our stay here was great. The staff was amazing both the hotel and pool staff. Great food selections. Indoor water park was awesome, our kids loved it. The rooms were fantastic clean, spacious, updated, very well put together. Highly recommend this place for families, we will be back. "
