“This property is no frills/there aren't any fancy additions but it did the job for what we needed. We needed the right location and enough space for everyone and this provided that. The communication was good and when we had AC issues, we were able to get it fixed quickly. Just a heads up for anyone whois wanting to cook while staying there - they provide pots/pans/dishes and silverware but that's it. The oven wasn't working and there weren't any paper towels/salt/pepper/coffee/anything extra so……

“The place was is horrible condition. Rooms were filthy, furniture in bedroom was broken and sitting in pieces. Cardboard was covering some of the windows while sheets were used curtains. Dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom and the sink and shower were dirty. Owner refused to answer our requests for a refund.”

“This place only sleeps 4, two in each bed. It does not sleep 5, as listed. There are TWO beds, not three. The third bed is an air mattress shoved in a closet with dead bugs on it - ok fine - but there are no pillows, no sheets, no covers for this “bed.” We needed three beds but we’re stuck with no blankets or linens for one. Host contact did not care, did not respond to our messages that night or the next morning about it. I also did not realize that we were never sent the door code to get in.……
