The Luxury Villa Trogir 1 with pool is situated in Okrug Gornji on the small peninsula of Ciovo (1 km from the center of the place), only 15 meters from the sea and 2.5 km from the historic town of Trogir.
The surface of the entire estate is 700 m2; while the area of the villa covers up to 300 m2; and is divided into 4 different levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor. It is suitable accommodation for up to 11 people.

The first and second floor of the villa are designed as a sleeping zone. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, and the third one is a single room. On the second floor is the last - the sixth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.
