“Nice resort, good onsen. Overpriced for food quality and room size.”

“We saw a family of deer leisurely having their breakfast while we enjoying hot springs in the forest , our breakfast tasty and rich for enough to fill up , the most thoughtful touch was that they prepared fragrant, still warm onsen eggs and water for us when we check out, it was truly heartwarming. Thank you very much!”

“hotel is getting old. too many people at buffet!! amenities need to be updated and provide more choices.”

“The hot water came out in white color which cannot be used in room no.1, i think it was the water heater problem since cold water is clear. The Wifi is good as it seems to have indoor antenna. The laundry machine can let people set their own password for picking up the cleaned clothes, it is good.”

“Difficult to communicate with English, without private bath room”
