“If I could give this room less than zero stars, I would. The room was awful, and so was the “view.” We were promised a room with a view, but instead our window looked directly at a white wall. There was absolutely nothing to see except a blank wall a few feet away, which made the room feel dark and enclosed. To make matters worse, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived, and garbage bags were left sitting outside our room. The room was dirty, misleading, and a huge disappointment. I would……

“This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Although breakfast isn't included, that wasn't an issue for our family at all. The property is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and garden, and it was definitely the best choice. Being able to step right outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was newly renovated and was fantastic. Location was great, just off Hwy 97 as you enter into Penticton. Steps away from a private ( quiet) Beach. In our room we had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishes,kettle really anything you would need. There is a BBQ for use and plenty of outdoor seating. Ashley the manager was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful with some needs that we had wanted. I would definitely stay here……

“The soaker tub in our room was very dirty and brown gunk / mildew was coming out of the jets.. i tried to clean it but it still kept coming out. I think they need to service these soaker tubs to properly clean the lines etc. Otherwise, nice view from the villa and was a good location to stay at.”
