“Very impressed with the communication from Lucia in all respects. The accom description was perfect, and the house was extremely clean! Easy access to downtown and the airport. Off street parking for our rental vehicle was safe and had plenty of availability. We really enjoyed our stay here and will look to do so again should we return to Seattle.”

“The property was clean and close to main attractions (10 minutes walk from Space Needle), but it is 4 storeys with a lot of stairs which would not suit everyone. The sofa bed in the living room was basically unsleepable due to a metal bar running across your back. There are also high windows in the living room that don't have any blinds so this area is very light as is the loft area. The blinds for the bedroom on the 3rd level are broken with panels missing and there is no AC in this room so……

“A lovely place to stay! Quiet setting with everything you need! Host was excellent, great communication, friendly and welcoming. I was traveling solo, visiting family in Renton and this location was perfect. Great for solo travelers or a couple I could even see Mt Rainier over the neighboring house. (See my picture) I would happily stay there again.”
