“The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The……

“Nice location”

“Great place to stay & rest. The landlord decorated their unit beautifully & made me feel as if it was my own home. Very comfortable & warming place to stay, landlord also took care of small details that make all the difference in the world”

“I registered in the morning before noon. Arriving at 9pm the host had failed to register me as a guest. The security/front desk had no idea which room I was supposed to go to and would not let me inside. They demanded i acquire a phone number to contact the host. The host never answered the phone or my online messages. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes the security/front desk solution was that I can rent a different room but now I have to pay in cash. While they made an effort to assist……

“It was clean and great! We stayed the night before an early flight.”

“Bathroom dirty, owner unable to reach, no WiFi/TV, no shower curtain, and the one positive a nice view, is obscured by dirty windows and bird poop on the balcony. ”

“We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food. We travel a lot to the city during our stay Tops, Anjo World, SM seaside,Safari,Ocean park and more we pay so much to our commute back and forth for like 1000 pesos depending on traffic so if you want beaches and quiet places this is the place for you to stay. ”

“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“非常乾淨、房間比想像中的大，樓下有超市很方便”
