The company that manages the apartment, WonderfulItaly, provided the wrong address and entry codes. Our flight arrived after hours so nobody was available to help. We gave the address to the taxi driver who took us to that address in a desolate area. So we asked to be taken back to the airport. We searched all the documents and the address was the same. From the vrbo listing we were able to find a link to a map that showed the building and there was an address on a business across the street. We got another taxi to that address but the gate code was ALSO incorrect. We had to pay for a hotel for the night. In the morning we called WonderfulItaly and they confirmed they had provided the wrong information for our rental. They also assured us they would "make things right" regarding additional expenses. Once gaining access to the apartment it was hot, and it took 48 hours to correct. They reference the manual but its wrong for that apartment. They have ignored our request for reimbursement for the taxis, hotel, or the night at the apartment that we couldn't access the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. But the management company is terrible!!
