Andrew, we’re so disappointed to hear you describe your experience in this way & sincerely wish you would have shared any of these concerns with us when we asked how your stay was going. Since you didn’t indicate any issues during your stay we didn’t have an opportunity to address them, which we certainly would have done anything we could to have made your stay better. We just checked and don’t see anything wrong with the TV - it turns on and streams all of our services just fine. The shower drain doesn’t appear to be clogged or slow, but we’re going to have someone take a look just to be sure. The oven also didn’t seem to smell but we’re going to perform a deep clean just to ensure no issues. Thank you for raising the issue with the tile. We do see a small section that is chipped and we will be looking into that. Again, we apologize for this and again wish we would have had the opportunity to address any of these concerns while you were staying with us.

Alyssa, we pride ourselves on the many reviews of the cottage being “sparkling clean” and are deeply disappointed that your time did not match those expectations. Had we known, we would have immediately come and remedy the situation. We did discover an issue with our housekeeper which we dealt with but apologize that your experience was tainted by this. I will message you privately to offer something to hopefully make up for this. Our standard for cleanliness is very high and our guests have told us that they’ve found that to be true. I’m sorry this was not the case in this instance.
