We had everything we needed, beds were comfortable & we all enjoyed kayaking, hot tub,fishing & updating our playing pool."

It was not exactly what the pictures showed and could have a little maintenance done around the outside and deck. The steps to the dock area are in need of some TLC but it is still accessible and able to be used. Overall, it was a perfect venue for our needs and Jason was very helpful."
