“I’ve had experiences before where the listing photos oversell a property, but this booking is honest and spectacular. The house is exactly as it seems. The biggest plus is how communicative Sam is from the time you book until the time you checkout. I didn’t have a single reason to reach out during our stay, but if I did, I know they’d respond right away based on how our communications went leading up to the trip. I would stay here again. ”

“We had an a wonderful time during our week long stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for 6 adults, 6 kids, and an infant. We absolutely loved the view, and appreciated having access to a dock for fishing and boating in our backyard. Pete was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and helped us almost immediately when a few small issues popped up. ”

“Great communications with the host. Check in and entry to the property was quick and easy. The house was nice and clean. The beds were super-comfy.Well appointed kitchen was great for meal prep.The community pool was a great place to spend an afternoon.”
