1 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment with open concept floor plan in convenient location. Bedroom with attached bath has a queen bed and tv with Roku. Half bath off the living space with a washer/dryer. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a large table. Living room has leather seating and a large tv with Roku. High speed Wifi and central A/C throughout. Private entrance; non-smoking and no pets allowed; off-street parking for one car. 5 minutes from beach & local parks!

I would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a lovely outside seating area where you can enjoy the flowering gardens. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful, Very Clean, Quiet

The hosts were as nice as can be! The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Close enough to beaches, and anytime of the day great dining. This has to be, hands down, the cleanest rental I've ever stayed at!On check out day, the host messaged me to tell me they had no guest checking in, so we could stay as late as we like, no hurry on what time to check out that day.I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great property and host

The suite was exactly what we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms and even a washer/dryer. Jon was quick to respond to my messages and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would stay here again and highly recommend.
