“My husband and I stayed two nights at The William and had an excellent experience. The contactless check-in was simple: a text sent to my phone informed me of my room number, entry key code, and all the specifics that we needed to know for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, brightly lit, and pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable, although the mattress was not as new or as firm as we would have preferred, and the A/C unit kept our room nicely chilled even in the middle……

We especially appreciated the call we received from them while en route, making sure we were on a safe path and not driving into dangerous, flash-flooded roads.
