Pros--Clean-3 minute walk to the beach-18 minute walk to the board walk/pier-Washer/dryer-Full kitchen -Amazing communication with host-WiFi-Air conditioning -Roku tv-Renovated space and cute decor-Pet friendly! -Quiet neighborhood Cons--No outdoor grill/not a lot of hangout space outside -Couch was not a pull out (host offered extra bed at an additional cost per night) we brought an air mattress as we knew this before hand
