Overall it was a decent place. I really appreciated being allowed to use the parking associated with the room prior to check in time. But the beds were absolutely awful, sunken in and really hard.

Clean and Basic Beach Motel

Rooms were basic. Very clean. Great location near amusements and pier. If you want quiet you will not get it here! The train runs behind the motel and runs frequently and the rides go until 11 pm.

Great of you want to be in the action. Pool was nice, and our room was clean. Hotel is on the main strip right next to the roller coaster, so if you’re looking for quiet not the place! But it was good for us with older kids being close to the action and being able to walk everywhere.

For a quick overnight, in the off season; worth it

A quick overnight to pick my daughter up from college, this was a reasonable choice in the off season, that also allowed us to be across from the beach and near shops. Some deferred maintenance in the unit and motel, but expected at the price paid. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Had a good time our room was just what we needed, affordable and right at Palace play land. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, loved the jacuzzi bathtub.

Bare minimum for amenities. VERY small room. Staff is nice...pool was nice. Walking distance to everything - it's ALL right there. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner! They have Keurig coffee makers - that was good. Place called JJ's had excellent food - not all fried, fresh and well done. Best mashed potatoes I ever had and great cocktails at a decent price.
