Luxury High-End Hi-rise condo right on the beach at Grand Atlantic in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. At just over 1600 sq ft this unit was just renovated from top to bottom. Everything is brand new! Almost every room in the condo has a view of the ocean. The beach is amazing. OOB WAS voted best beach in Maine!

Our family will rent to families that have service and emotional support animals. We support this program and want families to be able to go on vacation.

Deck overlooking the water with direct access to the beach from your own private entrance. Stand in the living room or kitchen and enjoy the view of the ocean.

The living room features 2 leather recliners, 2 person recliner couch, and a sofa. 65" Samsung HDTV Smart TV.

Dream kitchen with island, kitchen pantry with tons of storage. The kitchen table can expand to seat 8 people. 3 Door Samsung Refrigerated connected to the internet, GE Dishwasher, Microwave, and Stove, Keurig Machine, Nespresso maker, crockpot, bread maker, lobster pot, complete pots and pan set, and teapot. Well stocked kitchen.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a luxury pillow top mattress - lay in the bed look and listen to the ocean, Or sit in the recliner we just installed to look at the ocean. 55" Samsung HDTV Smart TV, ceiling fan, (Option to set up a second queen bed if required)

Guest Bath has a shower panel

3rd bedroom has a view of the ocean, futon couch that folds into a full-size bed and a twin bed on top. 40" Samsung HDTV, desk and chair
The condo is 15 minutes to Portland and 22 minutes to the Portland Airport

The unit comes with multiple parking spots. You never need to drive to the beach - 30 steps out the condo and you are on the beach. We provide all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach tent, pillows, blankets, ect. All you need to bring is clothes.

Old Orchard Beach is a wonderful 7-mile sandy beach great for walking or sunbathing. We supply beach chairs, towels, sun tents, and toys. There are many public golf course's in Old Orchard, also you may go on many day trips from Portland harbor. Deep-sea fishing, whale watching, and ferry trips.

Fireworks every Thursday night through the summer season. You can walk to the famous Old Orchard Beach Pier for fresh seafood, famous fries, pizza, fried dough, caramel corn, and old-fashioned novelties and amusements. In the evening, restaurants and nightlife abound, try your luck at the arcade, and marvel at the spectacular sights from the top of the Ferris wheel. If you prefer to venture out, how about some fabulous shopping at the nearby Maine Mall, or in Kittery and Freeport, only minutes away.September 1st to June 1st 2026

Beautiful condo & views of the ocean!

I had an amazing month at Chris’s condo! The place is amazing with gorgeous views of the ocean right in front of you! The easy and private access out the front, right to the ocean, was perfect with kids. The beach was very nice and not overly crowded. The condo has everything you need which made it feel like home.

Great place

Chris was great and condo was incredible. It had the best views, state of the art TV’s, Bose Surround Sound, Samsung Smart Fridge and many more cool gadgets to go with your great view. Being on the bottom level with a walkout right to the beach is a major plus! Felt like we had our own backyard. Would go again!

Heaven on earth

My family spent the first week in September at this beautiful condo. Everything was here, we didn’t need to bring anything from home to make our stay more comfortable. I have mobility issues and was pleasantly surprised to find I could sit and get up from every chair easily without my seat risers. We woke each morning early so we could see the sunrise and listened to the sounds of the waves each night. Amazing views! This place surpassed all expectations! We enjoyed walking the pier ,strolling through the gift shops in town , visiting Palace Playland and going to the different restaurants. Just a fabulous time!

AMAZING!!

Couldn't have asked for a better location!! This gorgeous condo located right on the ocean was amazing for our family vacation. Within walking distance to Old Orchard Beach and Pier but far enough away that you could enjoy peaceful evenings on the enclosed patio or beach. Condo was equipped with more than we could have asked for which made meal prep so much easier. Loved being able to wake up each morning and be on the beach instantly. Chris was very responsive both prior and during our stay. We had a phenomenal time and can't wait to come back next summer!!

Beautiful oceanfront gem on Old Orchard Beach

We had not officially planned a summer vacation this year, but we were pleasantly surprised to find this gem available during our only free week in August due to a cancellation. . We spent the last week with our college age son and our daughter, son-in-law and new baby granddaughter & granddog in this recently remodeled, beautifully appointed,, 1st floor condo, on the quiet end of Old Orchard Beach.( private entrance was a plus). The spacious condo and ocean views are as depicted in this listing, but what isn't is this owner's attention to details that truly make you feel as if you are at home. The condo was well stocked with the basics that we usually would have to purchase at our first trip to the grocery and detailed booklet that covered everything from must have phone numbers, things we needed to know and owner's favorite restaurant pics and trips was well appreciated. We've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for many. many summers and rented in many condos and houses, but this was the first time we had such a fantastic experience. We enjoyed our early morning walks, watchied beautiful evening skies from the screened in porch and were lulled to sleep each night by the ocean sounds ( the baby really enjoyed the ocean sounds too and my daugher and son-in-law were able to get some well deserved sleep). The building is very community oriented and friendly. I can see why this owner purchased this unit. We would do the same if we had the opportunity. We would love to visit again. Generous owners! Beautiful condo! Loaded! Great location! We will return!

It is evident that the owners aim to please. They have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. If there is an issue, Chris wants to know! He makes himself readily available via his cell or email, replies promptly, and acts immediately to make things right. We have never met an owner that went out of his way like Chris to meet a need. If you notice the condo is missing anything, Chris will purchase it and send it to you as soon as possible, constantly improving the already amazing inventory of things at your disposal. This luxury oceanfront condo has so many amenities. If the amazing views were not enough, we had a private beachside entrance -- very convenient! There is a screened-in porch so we were able to partake more fully of the sounds, smells, and breezes of the ocean. The unit has the latest fixtures, modern gadgets, and tasteful decor throughout. The showers are a vacation experience all by themselves! The pantry was well stocked with supplies (including paper goods, food storage containers, garbage liners, ziplock bags, saran wrap...), high quality pots and pans, and every kind of appliance (including rice cooker, pancake griddle, blender and crockpot!). Motion sensitive lights in the closets and an optional keyless lock were installed for convenience. Automatic night lights were strategically placed. We had access to the Olinger Family beach gear, even flashlights if we needed them. This unit can accommodate a larger group. It fit the 8 of us comfortably. We had room to store all of our belongings out of the way without cluttering. A place for everything and everything in its place, this rental is super organized. There are even extra bins of linens and towels, labeled for easy selection. You sense that so much thought went into the place that you just want to do your part to help upkeep it. Ample cleaning supplies and equipment such as dish and laundry detergents, stain remover, dryer sheets, sprays, and vacuums are all provided so you can help maintain the condo and its contents. There are multiple copies of the welcome manual to consult so you know how to use the rental to its fullest potential and know what to do in the area. Chris emails you this same manual ahead of time, so you know how to better prepare for your stay. We just love OOB! Our visit here was much too short! We will just have to return. :) Thanks, Olinger Family, for sharing your place with us!

Terrific Property

This is a terrific property for any time of the year! We rented this condo while our new home was being renovated in April and May. First, the condo itself is immaculate and the views are every bit as stunning as the photos suggest. Every room has large screen TV's, new furnishings, and the master bath is fabulous. There is an abundance of storage space - super easy beach access and the floors make it easy to keep the place clean. The owner are wonderful to work with and very accommodating. They have really thought of everything you might need in a unit and provided for it as well as instructions to make life easy. I would rent again, in or out of season and would recommend to others!! I have rented all over the world through Home Away and really the photos sometimes can be deceiving. This is not the case here. In fact, I would say the photos do not capture its true surroundings or how nice the unit is.
