ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: the ceiling height in kitchen and living room is low. Exceptionally tall people (over 6’3”) would likely not be comfortable. The flight of stairs to the 2nd story bedrooms is also fairly steep. Each step is 10" tall.

Sleeping: 3 bedrooms upstairs. Linens provided.
-Bedroom 1: queen bed
-Bedroom 2: full size bed
-Bedroom 3: two twin beds, two full size beds (as two twin-over-full bunk beds). Shuffleboard table, Super Nintendo, and Nintendo Wii.
-Window AC units in each bedroom and living room

Bathroom 1: tub/shower combo, single vanity, and toilet. Towels provided.

Bathroom 2: shower, single vanity, and toilet. Towels provided.

Laundry: full size washer and dryer on 1st floor. Iron provided.

Living room:
-large sectional couch & two chairs
-Smart TV to connect to your streaming accounts.
-board games included!
-game table with 4 chairs

Kitchen & dining:
-dining table with 6 chairs
-2 bar stools
-4 seat game table between kitchen and living room for additional seating
-Fully equipped kitchen

Outside:
-patio and yard with picnic table
-beach chairs and umbrella available for your use
-propane grill

-All bedding and linens
-6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella
-1 cooler
-high chair seat with tray, pack 'n' play with mattress and sheets, baby gate
