The location of the property was great! We loved being at the uncrowded area of the beach. The inside and outside of the condo was very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Great location and accommodations

Stayed here with our family (4 adults and 3 kids) the check in process was seamless and the owner was nearby in case of any issues. The place is very spacious and perfectly located next to the beach. It’s well equipped with beach chairs/towels/umbrella. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back

The property was well maintained, spotless and roomy. The owner Paul went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was really clean and as described in the listing. Communication with host was abundant and clear. The location was amazing, just a 30-second walk to the beach and 1-mile to the pier. Would definitely stay here again!

Fully stocked for anything you need. Close to beach access but far enough away from the pier crowd!! Nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and view the comings and goings and the ocean across the way!!

Great spot

Nice spot, extremely clean and even bigger than it looks in photos. Everything you could want or need has been thought of and provided, and carefully labeled. Very happily pleased with the condo. Close enough so teens could enjoy the boardwalk but far enough away from the noise and action for a peaceful stay. Beautiful beach access right across. Made for a very easy vacation with space for everyone.

Great Place!

From check in to check out this was a fabulous experience. House was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a safe and fun backyard to play in. The beach is a 2 minute walk and very clean. I highly recommend it and we are planning to go back next year !

Perfect family getaway.

Beautiful home and a great location. Great layout for the entire family to visit. Love that it has 3 full bathrooms. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was perfect. It was cool watching the trains go by too. The best part was since the house is not located near an intersection, the horns did not go off.

Exceptional property and location

This beautiful property is in a wonderful location and the hosts are great people. The house is a one minute walk to a beautiful family friendly beach, 30 second walk to a convenience store, nice 15 min walk to downtown (just far enough away from all the traffic), and plenty of space in and around the property for a family of five. I’d highly recommend this property if you are looking for a really nice, clean, spacious, large rental on the beach at Old Orchard Beach.
