When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure. Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small. Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful "
