「The only slight fault was the air conditioner was either very cold or we had to turn it off. However, everything else was perfect and we shall stay again on our return to Benidorm. Communication was really good and everything was spotless. It’s in a great location in the old town surrounded with local bars and in the heart of Spanish culture. 」

「Nothing was good with this experience. We were not given check in information prior to arrival other than what was on the original booking. Once we arrived we could not access the building of the address which I had been given. I called multiple times and was spoken to by a very rude employee who at one point hung up on me when I asked for the number she had on the booking form. I was then thankfully helped by a local man who worked Nextdoor to the accommodation who told me check in was at 5pm....
