「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

「One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.」

「Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2...

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. 「Great place as descibed」

「We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」

「This place is in the heart of the Old Town Chania. It's a pain in the butt to get to when arriving at night and not knowing exactly where to go but Google maps gets you where you need to no problem. It was a very well-kept place and the staff when available answered questions and also texted answers. Parking will always be a pain but if you're willing to walk 10 minutes it's not a problem. Plenty of things to do nearby during the day, and the nightlife is very charming in the location. I would...

「We had an amazing stay at Viaggio and the host Katerina is super helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. The room was so nicely decorated and more importantly super clean. We loved the little patio! We were provided with anything we requested. The location is unbeatable - in the heart of the old town and also super close to nearby parking. On arrival it was a short walk from the taxi through the pedestrian streets but a member of staff was waiting to guide us and assist with the bags. It was October and the main restaurant was only open for breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants very nearby.」
