“This hotel was beautiful with a wonderful view of the lake. The unexpected private parking spot and dining table were a plus. Also a wonderful continental breakfast with a view. ”

“This was a perfect spot to stay for two reasons. It is conveniently located just off Highway 50 between Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Plus, it is right next door to The Ridge, where you can buy a day pass to use their saltwater pools, hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Heavenly!”

“Great location and view. Only two things preventing me to give 5 stars. 1. We found the thermostat impossible to figure out. It was not intuitive at all. The display was cracked, indicating that others must have been frustrated, too. 2. With a nice large balcony and lake view, why on earth would you not have chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy it. Very strange. ”

“Since it was the off season we were one of the only people staying at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and still made us a wonderful breakfast each day including a lovely green smoothie. Free bottles of water every day and on top of the included breakfast there would be soup and cookies in the lobby every afternoon. Location was great and the lake, shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The property is very charming. Muddy/snowy spring isn’t the best time of year to……

“The event was nicely done on Saturday. Love the mansion. Drinks were very difficult to get, longs lines, not enough staff or areas to get a drink. There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. ”

“Very nice, only minor complaint was the rug had a mildew smell once we turned the heat on. Other than that very friendly, good service and the spa was amazing. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
