“Mani was an excellent host, very professional and passionate about the property. We stay in the annex rooms as visit a wedding near by. Room was modern, clean and beds very comfortable. Felt very spoilt as such a personal feel to the venue. Would defiantly return if going back to the area. “For what you pay, this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hereford, but it is really a room only property. It is situated a couple of miles outside Hereford, in a quiet countryside setting, so is nice to unwind at. There is a continental breakfast available for only £5, but this could not be booked through the Expedia site. There is a communal kitchen and dining room, so you can either make something yourself, or order in a deliveroo. The room was a good size, clean and functional, with……

“Bar with good selection of drinks, menu was extensive. I had 12oz Steak 👍 Room clean and tidy with tea and coffee making facilities. I had a full English breakfast the following morning well cooked and presented. With tea or coffee and orange juice ”

“Der Check in perAutomat war nicht möglich. Ich erhielt schon wieder keinen Check-in Code von Hotel.com. Glücklicherweise war jemand vor Ort, der uns im System fand und eincheckte. Zwar älterer Hotelkasten, aber tiptop renoviert. Unser Zimmer, da kurzfristig gebucht, war ein Zimmer für körperlich beeinträchtigte Menschen und daher komfortabel gross und barrierefrei. Mit dem Rollstuhl ist das Bett problemlos von allen Seiten her zugänglich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gross, das Bett ebenfalls……

“No hot water and when we arrived (it had clearly been an issue as we heard other guests talk about it) no one mentioned it. Someone from our party went to ask reception and they were very dismissive. The next day still no hot water, I understand they couldn’t have fixed it there and then but they could if been proactive is telling us and offering to try and fix it.”
