「A wonderful stay at The Reach for my husband’s birthday. We come to Manchester from Birmingham 3/4 times a year and this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. My husband and I have both said multiple times over the weekend that we will stay at this hotel every time now…it was fantastic on every level. Lovely room, exceptional service on check in/check out and a great location. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday weekend and wonderful one!」

「This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay.」

「The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. 」
