Insgesamt schöne Ferienwohnung, alles hat soweit gut geklappt, Empfang und Kommunikation sehr freundlich trotz Sprachbarriere.Das Mobiliar ist landestypisch, die Deko könnte allerdings mal modernisiert werden. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein und es fehlt ein Backofen.Das Bett war bequem allerdings quietscht es es bei jeder kleinen Bewegung.Für den Preis aber alles in allem okay

Wir waren für 16 Nächte in Casa Nr. 5. Die Unterkunft ist zugegebenermaßen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und alles war heil und funktionstüchtig. Sie verfügte über alles, was wir zum Glücklichsein benötigten und hat eine top Lage. Wir fanden es super! Restaurants, Minimarkets, Markhalle mit frischem Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse, Strand, Fähre… alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man bekommt viel vom sommerlichen Treiben auf der Straße mit und die Dachterasse mit Grill ist der Hammer! Unseren Schlüssel haben wir von einer freundlichen älteren Dame bekommen, die nur portugiesisch spricht. Das war aber überhaupt kein Problem.

Super Lage aber die Ausstattung mangelhaft

Ein schlicht gehaltene Unterkunft. Leider waren die Matratzen mangelhaft. Auch die Dusche bzw. Duschebrause muss dringend ersetzt werden. Duschen war nur mit Mühe und not zu bewerkstelligen.

Must be more exact

The profile of the house doesn't have enough information to make an informed decision. It is a first floor with access via a steep 20-step staircase. Access to the terrace and the second bedroom is via another staircase. This makes the house completely unsuitable for people with mobility problems (like my wife), and is not mentioned in the advert. There are two kitchens in the house, one at each end of the second staircase, forcing you to go up and down to make a meal (the cooker and fridge are at the bottom, the table at the top...). great location, but poor acoustic insulation. Overall a positive stay, but either needs improvement or the price needs to be lowered.

Appartement bien placé mais pas très confortable

L’accueil a été décevant pour plusieurs raisons. Absence de produits habituellement présents dans les locations (éponge, liquide vaisselle, sel….). Le propriétaire m’a dit qu’ils étaient systématiquement volés, je pense néanmoins qu’investir quelques euros pour que les locataires se sentent un minimum accueillis à leur arrivée serait une bonne chose. Par ailleurs les lits n’étaient pas faits et les draps n’étaient pas sortis, nous avons dû fouiller dans l’armoire pour trouver les draps adéquats aux différents lits qui n’ont pas tous la même taille. Le lave-vaisselle indiqué dans l’annonce n’existe pas. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont sommaires et les lits peu confortables. Nous avons constaté que le sol n’était pas propre, nous avons l’habitude de nous déchausser dans les maisons mais après 10 minutes nos plantes de pieds étaient très sales. Une odeur de gaz s’échappait de la bonbonne quand elle était ouverte (nous la fermions dès que nous n’avions pas besoin d’eau chaude) nous n’avons pas pu le dire à la dame de l’accueil que nous n’avons pas croisé à notre départ (elle n’a pas répondu à mon coup de fil). La présence de climatiseurs est une bonne chose car il fait très chaud. Le village est agréable, les plages très vite accessibles en bateaux sont magnifiques. La terrasse de la maison est agréable.

Le voyage le car a eu 2 h 30 de retard

A notre arrivé à plusieurs reprise nous avons contacté le propriétaire, Nous voyant arrivé à un heure tardive il nous a très mal accueilli, Il semblait exaspéré. À tel point qu'il nous a dit qu'à cette heure-ci il ne devrait pas nous donner les clés. La personne qui nous a fait visiter les lieux titubai et ses phrases étaient incompréhensible . Concernant l'appartement Nous avons constaté la présence d'insectes peut-être des grosses blattes. Il y en avait aussi dans les casseroles.

Dem Winter entfliehen.

Zentral gelegen und trotzdem für sich. Alles war wie im Angebot. Typisch portugiesische Haus mit Dachterrasse. Der günstige Monatspreis lässt die kleinen Mängel gut ertragen. Im Winter ist es auf der Hauptstraße auch meist recht ruhig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr einfache Unterkunft, aber sauber und funktional. Die große, landestypische Dachterasse ist ein echter Mehrwert. Wenn es einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag gibt, dann wäre zu erwähnen, dass die Bierbankgarnitur durch eine bequemere Sitzmöglichkeit ersetzt werden sollte. Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen, wenn man nicht unbedingt Wert auf gehobenen Komfort legt!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à Fuseta. Le peuple Portugais a su garder de vrais valeurs.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden, Portugal sieht uns auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Wohnung entsprach dem günstigen Preis. Leider waren die Heizmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite gab es mehrere Hunde, welche sich von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht mit lautem Gebell abwechselten. Die Verständigung bei der Schlüsselübergabe war ein Problem, da die Dame nur portugiesisch spricht, was wir leider nicht beherrschen. Ansonsten ist Fuzeta das erwartete kleine Fischerdorf mit extrem netten Menschen. Soviel Hilfsbereitschaft wünschte ich mir auch in Deutschland.

Disappointing

We had a problem with language as the key holder didn't speak a word of English and my Portuguese is very basic. Emailed Mr Neto whilst staying there as was concerned about the smell of gas from under the sink where the canister was, I am still waiting for a reply. The apartment was very clean but it was like going back to the 1960's. The main problem was the apartment opposite - It was an absolute eyesore. They had three little dogs on a very narrow balcony and two large collies on the roof - there was always one or the other of them barking or trying desperately to get the door opened. To top it off there was also a parrot screeching. I never saw any of the dogs taken out for a walk in the whole month I was there,it bordered on cruelty which I found upsetting. I understand that Mr Neto has no control over this but I think prospective guests should be warned.

Casa NETO na fuseta Não recomendável

A avaliação desta propriedade e da nossa estadia foi totalmente negativa. A casa é anunciada como tendo ar condicionado, mas só um quarto e a sala é que tem. Estando muito calor na primeira noite não se conseguia dormir no quarto do terraço. A sala tem um sofá cama que não dá para ninguém dormir. Nesse aspeto a sorte foi que a temperatura refrescou um pouco a partir de domingo. As escadas para o terraço e para o quarto de cima, são perigosíssimas e até a nossa cadela tinha medo de as subir ou descer. As persianas não abriam ou fechavam bem, e as cadeiras da sala também estavam partidas, tendo nos sido dito que tinham sido os ocupantes anteriores a estragá-las. Haviam outras inconformidades relacionadas com a ausência de estojo de 1º socorros e a colocação de uma garrafa pintada de vermelho a parecer um extintor. O pior foi que a partir de 2ª feira começou a partir das 8 da manhã barulhos de marteladas no prédio ao lado em obras. Terça e quarta e quinta o barulho foi de martelo pneumático que parecia que a casa vinha abaixo. Contactámos o Sr. Neto por email, que nos deixou o encargo de sermos nós a falarmos com os pedreiros. Na quinta à noite deixámos a nossa cadela em casa a partir das 18 e quando chegámos à meia noite ela tremia por todo o lado e assustadíssima, consequência de a termos deixado sozinha, depois do dia de stress com barulho. Fomos forçados a vir embora antecipando a nossa saída por 3 dias. Devíamos ter sido avisados que esta situação se ia passar e se não sabia, devia ter tentado resolver e considerar que o produto vendido estava estragado e compensar-nos dando garantia do que estava a vender Tentámos chegar a acordo com o Sr. Neto sobre a nossa reclamação, sem sucesso. De qualquer modo independentemente deste acontecimento ocasional, a casa não corresponde ao anunciado, nem sequer deve cumprir as condições de segurança para ser alugada.

Nice spacious house in the center of Fuzeta

The house is spacious, clean and has a big roof terrace with bbq. The house is in the middle of the center of Fuzeta (a car is not necessary to have). We had a nice time in the house with our family with 3 children. The only disadvantage is that the couch in the living room is not comfortable to sleep on (it is not a sleeping couch, also not suitable for 2 adults, 2 children is ok).
