Lovely property. Authentic feeling, not like a hotel. Loved kitchen access and the rooftop area with great views - with a little attention and design it can truly be a showstopper!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is nice, owner/receptionist knows many languages and gives a tour of the place and gives good recommendations for what's around. You're essentially paying for location. There's no elevator and a huge set of stairs when you walk in. Bathrooms in room only have a shower and sink (no door) you gotta use the communal toilet. Communal kitchen. Communal terrace. Also no AC but room has a mid ceiling fan and timed portable fan.

I changed rooms to be away from pedestrian noise . Outstanding touches of old and new. Kitchen was adequate for a few at a time. Roof top was the best, tho still in the process of recovery from huge storms they had. Hot water was ok tho it was cloudy a lot . Excellent staff and good location to promedade and to ferries for day trips. 12 mins walk to Rail . Could ask folks to keep their voices down when in the kitchen as it travels easily to other rooms. Seem to be an international thing. Nice art .

Dejligt sted.

Better than expectations. Brigh, clean, airy. Friendly and helpful staff. Decor and architecture exceptional. Lovely roof terrace. Location right in the centre within a short walk from the train station, the island ferries, the central market, good restaurants and bars and a small supermarket.

Recomendo

Great location, very reasonable price. It was so close to all the harbour front boat trips and really great restaurants. The room was neat and clean. Responsive hosts. I would stay here again but try to get a higher room as the restaurant noise was a lot, not that Pension Bicaur can help that. The roof terrace was ideal for dinner. I didn't use the cooking facilities.

Very lovely place, clean, pleasant, central and the terrace is a big, big win! Not a luxury experience but nice and cosy, hands down my best experience at this price point. Didn't get a chance to meet to the hosts but they were readily available by message. Would definitely recommend for solo travellrs/duos hoping to save but not compromise on comfort.
