We offer a self-contained studio, perfect for one person (renovated in 2022), located on the lower floor of a family home. You will have a private outdoor area, sheltered by an elegant canopy (sail shade), where you can enjoy meals, read a book, or simply appreciate the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the adjacent green space. Independent access to the studio (via side gate, with ramp and handrail). Only the entrance outdoor area is shared.

Designed for greater autonomy and comfort during your stay, the accommodation now features a functional mini kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. This space includes:

The independent studio/room is equipped with a SleepFit mattress — a brand used by athletes, designed to provide truly restorative nights with excellent body support. The materials are Oeko-Tex certified, ensuring the absence of harmful substances. Mattress size: 190 cm x 75 cm.

To further enhance your comfort, we provide a beach kit, including a sun umbrella and towel.

Access to the room and outdoor area is exclusively for the guest who checks in.
