Very comfortable south facing Apartment with Free WIFI on an excellent location with breathtaking views of the Ria Formosa Lagoon towards the sea.
Location: Fuseta Ria Resort, short walk to centre of Fuseta
Construction: Covered area 85m2 and 25m2 terrace. Built in 2010.
Description:
Located in the fishing village of Fuseta between the towns of Tavira and Olhao in the Eastern Algarve, you find this two bedroom/two bathroom apartment which sits just immediately next to the Ria Formosa and as such benefits from the most fantastic sea and lagoon views. Fuzeta has a fish market by day, waterfront cafes and restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. The apartment is part of the Fuseta Ria Resort and benefits from having access to a swimming pool with on the groundfloor an indoor library, w.c.'s, lockerroom and laundrette while having a second, infinity pool on the 1st floor with large sun terrace and sun loungers from where you have spectacular views of the Ria Formosa lagoon towards the ocean.
The modern apartment is fully fitted and equipped and consist of a spacious and south facing living room with dining area and kitchen, all in open plan design. In front of the living room you have a good size terrace with table and chairs; ideal for breakfast/lunch/dinner and to enjoy the breathtaking views. From the living room a corridor leads to two double bedrooms both with build-in wardrobes, two modern bathrooms (one en-suite) with shower (one with shower and bath). All rooms have air-conditioning (cooling & heating).
A car is not needed as it is just a short 7 minute walk into town. In case you have a car there is ample free parking in the area. In addition to Fuseta Beach, from the harbour you can catch a boat to the area's various islands.
Distances: Fuseta town centre: 1.1 km; Fuseta Beach: 1.6 km; Nearest restaurant: 900 mtr; Supermarket: 1.1 km; Train station: 650 mtr; Golf : 10 km; Olhao: 8 km; Tavira: 16 km; Faro airport: 24 km; Spain: 50 km.
Prices are per night with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Bed linen and towels (excluding pool & beach towels) included. Final cleaning included. Small pet (cat or dog) allowed after written permission an subject to surcharge of Euro 50. No smoking inside the apartment (Ample space out side the apartment for smoking). Car not essential

Quiet fishing village
Lovely apartment, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath. Amazing view through full wall of windows. Short walk to shops, beach, harbour full of fishing boats, and restaurants. We went early March so not all restaurants were open, but the first we tried, Adega Do Sol served a variety of dishes and was so good, we went there every night for the full week. Weather was changeable in first week of March, but I don't like it too hot. Great walking or cycling weather

Entspannte Familienferien
Kommen gerne wieder! Grosszügige, saubere, nachts ringhörige Wohnung mit Extras wie Sonnenschirmen für den Strand und BeachBall. Ruhiger Strand in der Ria Formosa, ca. 20 min zu Fuss. Auto nicht nötig für Fuseta, haben alles mit Uber gemacht, was sehr gut funktioniert hat.

Mixed feelings
The property was booked based on what the photographs displayed at the time including access to a swimming pool, an infinity pool and sun-beds. Unfortunately that was all inaccurate as a restaurant had opened and filled all the outside space around the pools with dining tables and chairs - not conducive to swimming and relaxing. There was also music played from the bar in the evenings which impacted on being able to enjoy sitting out on the balcony and enjoy peace and quiet. The actual apartment was lovely although the beds would have benefitted from having mattress covers and top sheets rather than empty duvet covers. The team did work with us to resolve all the issues we raised although there was little they could do to change what the restaurant had established. Fuseta is lovely! This was not our first visit and i'm sure we will return - we would hope that all the publicity is accurate for any future accommodation we book.

Beautiful Fuseta
Beautiful apartment with amazing views, very clean and modern. The agent was great with communication before our holiday and arranged to meet us at the complex to give us the keys. We know the complex well having stayed there before so it was good to be back after covid.
Unfortunately we were not told that building work was in progress with a new apartment block being built just in front of the swimming pool. Luckily this didn't disturb our sleep but we didn't get to use the balcony as much as we would normally.
It would have been nice to have a sheet and a blanket on the bed and not just an empty duvet cover. The apartment has everything in the kitchen that you need.
Overall we had a really good holiday.

A sweet stay in Fuseta
The apartment itself was exactly as we expected and was a delightful pace to stay. It is a comfortable and light space to be in and has a spacious terrace well equipped to relax outside.The outlook from the terrace is pleasing both near and far. There is a swimming pool just across the road and at the time of year we stayed (April) was used by relatively few people.The accommodation was all immaculately clean and very welcoming on arrival.
The apartment is in a great location in relation to the town. Everything is very walkable and it is also close to a rail station which offers travel all along the Algarve coast.
The small fishing town of Fuseta is a very special place to be in all respects!
Our criticisms are minor but nevertheless useful to register. In brief they are

A lovely apartment
We have stayed in properties on this development before and like the area.The apartment was lovely ,very clean ,secure and well equipped.It had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay.We hope to return.
We were surprised and disappointed that there had been changes at the swimming pool since our last visit.The building is now used as a restaurant and there were no sun beds to sit by the pool and read in the late afternoon sun .This is something we had particularly enjoyed on our previous visits.
There are now tables and chairs where we used to sit.

DEpois de uma semana ainda não percebi se ficámos na Fuseta ou na Fuseta :-). Gostámos imenso da propriedade, encontra-se num bairro simpático e com uma vista magnifica. A casa tem as condições para umas férias descansadas.
